HYPRO 12V ROLLER PUMP

Hypro 12V Roller Pumps are designed for agricultural and industrial transfer of a variety of fluids and chemicals. The 4101XL Series maximizes pressure. These models are coupled to 12-volt DC motors that are driven by a standard 12-volt battery.

Hypro Roller Pumps are designed for agricultural and industrial spraying and transfer of a variety of fluids. These include insecticides, herbicides, emulsives, aromatic solvents, liquid fertilizers and many other liquids. The economical rotary-action roller principle requires no check valves while providing positive displacement characteristics with less friction and lower starting torque than other pumps. Construction features the new SilverCast body with 416 stainless steel shaft, sealed factory-lubricated ball bearings, cartridge-type lip seals of Viton and versatile Super Rollers. (Super Rollers feature the life of polypropylene and the chemical resistance of nylon.)

• These systems are ideal for bulk chemical transfer, fertilizer placement, herbicide banding, nitrogen side dressing, and orchard and cattle spraying.
• Popular uses for the 12V Roller Pump includes starter fertilizer applications. Starter fertilizer is heavier than water per gallon (approx. 1.40 specific Gravity) and is also more viscous. These two characteristics will affect the performance as compared to water like herbicide/pesticide applications. Liquid fertilizers have a tendency to cause gumming if left in the pump. Thoroughly flush the pump after each use, as described in Care of the Pump in your manual.

These 4101 Pump Motor Combos can only achieve their maximum gallon per minute rating at 0 PSI with the alternator driving the motor to provide 13.5 Volts. This is achieved by running the engine while the pump is running.

The 4000 series Hypro 4 roller pump achieves up to 10.4 GMP with 3/4″ NPT inlet/outlet. The Hypro Super Roller Standard provides premium wear life and is available in poly and PTFE for superior chemical resistance. The 12 volt DC motor is coupled directly to the roller pump.
