PART NUMBER: BABF200

The  Banjo BABF200 is a 2″ polypropylene bolted drain tank flange (bulkhead) with NTP threaded ends. The polypropylene is precision molded with polypropylene (fiberglass reinforced) for high strength and toughness.

• Bolt head plugs sealed ultrasonically.
• The BABF200 can be mounted on the side walls of tanks or on the bottom
• Can be used as a pas through on steel plating as well to hard mount fittings.
• Does not allow for 100% rinse free when mounted on the bottom of tanks.
• Bolt design for superior strength
• Supplied with EPDM gaskets.
• Glass reinforced polypropylene.
• 2″ inlet and outlet
• Longer bolts available.
• Stainless steel bolts for chemical and fertilizer resistance.
• Maximum operating pressure 150 psi
• Requires 2″ hole drilled with 4 bolt holes.

Polypropylene Construction:

The vast majority of Banjo valves and fittings are made from high-quality polypropylene. Polypropylene is the ideal material for valves and fittings. It is lightweight but still has a high impact strength. It is resistant to abrasion and stands up well to weathering. It can easily withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and can stand as high as 230 degrees Fahrenheit for short periods. The polypropylene resins are hardened with glass. This increases the strength, stiffness, and hardness of the polypropylene even further. It also reduces the amount that the material will distort under constant stress.
