LOFLO II – LOW RATE PUMPING SYSTEM

The PPLOFLOII pumping system is designed to pump your low rate liquid phosphate with ease and accuracy. The LOFLOII system uses two John Blue 12 volt electric diaphragm pumps capable of 4.8 us gal/min each at 0 psi head pressure and a John Blue 12 volt Speed controller with built-in Digital pressure gauge. The speed controller allows the operator to increase or decrease the flow rate of the system from the cab with a simple turn of the dial. With the digital pressure gauge you can visually confirm that the system is operating at the correct PSI to apply the right rate of fertilizer.

• To operate the system correctly you will need to calculate what pressure is required at your seeding speed with the orifices in your distribution kit, once this is known you will adjust the dial on the controller to achieve the pressure required to apply the correct rate.

• The PPLOFLOII system will require a 35 amp circuit breaker and 10ga wiring to handle the draw for the distance between the cab and caddy.
• The Lo-Flo II also comes equipped with a T-Strainer and bleed valve, all mounted on a stainless steel panel for easy installation.
